Steel Duo PID White

The Steel Duo PID White from Spanish Ascaso is part of the STEEL series, which takes things a step further and goes beyond home use. This semi-professional machine, handmade in Barcelona, is technologically and visually outstanding in a home environment as well as in a small office. The Steel Duo PID White is a robust machine made of high-quality materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and minimal plastic.

The dual boilers in the Steel Duo PID White make it possible to brew espresso while frothing milk or dispensing hot water. This makes it easy to continuously deliver perfect coffee.

Frothing milk is rarely easier than with the Steel Duo PID White's steam wand, which can be turned almost any way. The steam wand is equipped with a silicone guard that is easy to hold to adjust the angle while frothing milk. Made of stainless steel, which ensures the easiest possible cleaning, use a damp latte cloth immediately after frothing milk and clean with milk cleaner a few times a month.

The PID function enables a more stable and manageable temperature in the boiler. A coffee dosing timer is integrated to make it as easy as possible for the home barista. All you need to do is grind and tamp the coffee, then place the portafilter in the machine and press a button. Start the brewing and then go to the refrigerator to pour a couple of centiliters of milk into the frothing pitcher. By the time the pitcher is filled and you have had time to get back, the coffee is ready.

To turn on the espresso machine and its various functions, there are on and off buttons that highlight the industrial design. There is also lighting at the hot water outlet so that you can see what you are doing in all conditions. Stylish design and professional technology make the Steel Duo PID White an excellent espresso machine for any kitchen.

A minimalist 60 mm Tam-Tamper in aluminum is included to press the coffee.
