    Should the fault require a more in-depth repair, we have our own service workshop with the largest stock of spare parts for coffee machines and grinders in the Nordic region.

Warranty Terms

  • For businesses

    When purchasing brand-new equipment for business use, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Repairs

    You receive a 3-month warranty on repairs. Claims must be made within 3 months and the warranty only applies to the defect that was repaired.
