A service agreement is for those who own or want to own a machine but still want to benefit from the service we offer our customers with rental agreements. The service includes regular maintenance and 24/7 emergency support so that you can get the help you need, when you need it.
Service is included in our rental agreements, where you pay a fixed monthly cost for the machine, installation, service & maintenance, coffee delivery, and training. If you would prefer to own your machine, or perhaps already do, our service agreement is for those who want to enjoy the same benefits without renting the machine. The price is charged annually and is based on machine type and usage, and can be reduced if you choose to purchase coffee from us.

If you need assistance, one of our service technicians will come out and help you at no extra cost, provided no major parts need to be replaced. If the machine requires repairs, labor and transport are included, but spare parts are not.
Annual general service visits that include the replacement of maintenance parts to ensure the machine functions as it should.
