What is included in the rental agreement and are there any hidden fees?

We offer a completely transparent rental solution with no hidden fees. You will receive a clear invoice directly from us, without the involvement of any finance company. The rental agreement includes everything you need for a smooth coffee solution:

• Installation & training: We install the machine and train you on how to use it optimally.
• Ongoing service: All scheduled service and service/spare parts when needed are included in the rent, so you can always rely on a functioning machine.
• Water filter: To ensure the best taste experience and extend the machine's lifespan, a water filter is always included. Changing this filter is also included in the agreement.
• Consumables: You can easily purchase coffee and cleaning products directly from us.

How long is the commitment period and can we upgrade the agreement?

The commitment period is normally 36 months for brand new equipment. However, we offer flexible agreements that can be customized to your specific needs. We can offer an environmental option with a shorter commitment period of 12 months. If you prefer maximum flexibility, we can offer a monthly solution for a small start-up cost. Who is responsible for the service and maintenance of the coffee machine?

We take care of everything regarding service and repairs, so you can focus on the coffee. The only things you are responsible for are daily maintenance, such as refilling coffee and daily cleaning. Our own experienced technicians are based in Södermalm, Stockholm. They have extensive experience and access to a modern service workshop with the largest spare parts inventory in the Nordic region, which guarantees that we can quickly assist you with repairs. Should any problem arise, just contact us for advice and to report the issue.

How quickly can service and repairs be carried out if needed?

We guarantee fast and efficient service to minimize downtime. For the fastest possible service, it is always best to call us directly for advice and assistance. In Stockholm, we guarantee to be on-site by the next business day at the latest. For businesses with specific needs, we also offer service in the evenings and on weekends to ensure that the coffee is always flowing.

What type of coffee can the machine brew and are there other options?

The machine's beverage selection is adapted to your wishes and needs. Our machines can brew a variety of drinks, from classic espresso to more advanced options:

• Espresso and brewed coffee: Our automatic machines can be configured with one or two grinders. With two grinders, you get an optimal setting for both espresso and brewed coffee, for the best possible results.
• Milk-based drinks: For those who love cappuccinos and other milk-based drinks, there are machines that can handle fresh milk. Some models can even handle two different types of milk and offer both hot and cold milk foam.
• More beverage options: To broaden the range, the machines can also have containers for powder products. Powder is a convenient alternative for easier cleaning, but also an excellent way to offer popular drinks like hot chocolate or chai. In some machines, the powders can be mixed with coffee and fresh milk to create combination drinks.

How do we choose the right machine for the number of employees in the office?

To choose the right machine, you should look at both capacity and flow, especially during rush hours such as morning coffee breaks or before meetings. As a starting point, we recommend counting on 3-4 cups per person per day. A recommendation for a smooth solution is to have one machine per 30 employees. If there are more of you, it may be appropriate to install multiple machines to avoid queues and ensure good coffee quality. Keep in mind that brewing a cup of coffee optimally takes about 45 seconds to maintain high quality. The machine's daily capacity is also affected by factors such as the size of the grounds container, bean hopper, and boiler power.

Does refilling of coffee and other consumables included?

You order coffee and other consumables from us in the way that best suits your routines – via telephone, email, or on our website. To ensure fast delivery:

• Within Stockholm: If you order before 9:00 AM, we deliver the goods the same day.
• The rest of the country: We ship packages with DHL the same day for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
