Om MXDZ Xtreme WT Chrome

The MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome is an on-demand coffee grinder with a built-in tamper from Macap, featuring a digital timer for perfect dosing of freshly ground coffee every time. The MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome has two grinding time programs (single/double) that are adjusted with high precision using the stepless grind adjustment. You can easily reprogram the times. The MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome is the latest model in Macap's series of on-demand coffee grinders. The built-in tamper with a twist is perfect for cafes and restaurants. Not only does it shorten the process and reduce time, but it also ensures consistent pressure.

The built-in CPS Twist tamper with a twist function perfectly imitates a barista's hand movement, making it ideal for cafes and restaurants. Not only does it shorten the process and reduce time, but it also ensures consistent pressure. Without the twisting motion, there's a risk of coffee sticking to the underside of the tamper when pressed, but with the twisting motion, this problem never arises. For the busy barista, the built-in tamper is an enormous aid that can save their hands from unnecessary pain caused by too much tamping. Furthermore, the built-in portafilter holder significantly facilitates the process as you no longer always need to hold the filter holder, thus reducing strain on your arm.

The MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome has a large bean hopper, holding 1400g of espresso beans, meaning you can grind coffee for approximately 120 espressos per full grinder. The coffee grinder's stylish and classic design makes the MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome look great alongside a professional espresso machine, as their design and form complement each other.

The espresso bean inlet on the MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome is adjusted with a flat slider that can be easily pulled towards or away from the grinder. If you want to remove the bean hopper from the MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome but there are still espresso beans inside, you can push in the flat slider to cover the entire opening and then twist the bean hopper upwards. This can be useful if you want to clean the grinder or suspect a problem in the grinding mechanism. To clean the MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome, the bean hopper should be removed and a dose of Pulygrind poured into the grinding mechanism. Then, the bean hopper is placed back in position. Grind out the Pulygrind crystals along with coffee until no crystals come out of the grinding mechanism; a couple of portions are usually required.

The MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome is equipped with flat titanium-coated grinding burrs, 75 millimeters in diameter, which provide short grinding times and long durability for the burrs. The coffee grinder's grind setting can be adjusted steplessly using a knob. If adjustment is desired, turn the knob a little at a time. If the MXDZ Extreme WT Chrome coffee grinder is reasonably well-adjusted, only a small change is usually needed. To check when the coffee grinder is correctly set, you can grind coffee for an espresso and then brew it. Experiment until the espresso brews at an appropriate pace and time.

What primarily distinguishes Macap's coffee grinders is their production capacity. The M4D is suitable for a smaller restaurant or a small cafe. The MXD is suitable for a standard cafe. The M7D is the grinder that meets all the demands of a cafe with many guests.
