Mozzafiato Cronometro V White

The Mozzafiato Cronometro V White from Rocket Espresso is an espresso machine designed according to the same principles as professional machines but in a smaller format. The E61 brew group with a mass of 4 kg ensures perfect temperature stability cup after cup.

The heat exchanger system in the Mozzafiato Cronometro V White provides access to brewing, steam, and hot water at the correct temperature simultaneously with an electric element. The temperature in the insulated pressure cooker is electronically controlled (PID) and can be adjusted on a panel hidden behind the drip tray. The brewing water circulates through the brew group and the heat exchanger in the pressure cooker, with the hot water in the pressure cooker serving as the heat source.

Water is drawn from the built-in 2.5-liter fresh water tank in the Mozzafiato Cronometro V White. Brewing and filling are powered by a vibratory pump, and the pressure is regulated by a pressure reducing valve for optimal brewing pressure.

The Mozzafiato Cronometro V White now features electronic temperature control, unlike previous models. The appearance is also significant with solid one-piece sides. The espresso machine's weight therefore increases, but the appearance becomes even more uniform and stylish. Furthermore, the Mozzafiato Cronometro V White has new height-adjustable feet and also a newer design for the steam wand and hot water tap.

Unlike the Mozzafiato Evoluzione R and Type V, a Digital Shot Timer is also included, allowing for full time control over your espresso brewing. This second hand is discreetly applied to the front of the machine. Another new feature for the Mozzafiato Cronometro V White is the built-in energy-saving mode that automatically regulates when your machine is not in use.

The Cronometro V is available in Giotto and Mozzafiato designs. The models are the same internally; the only difference is the appearance.

Included with the Mozzafiato Cronometro V White are a single portafilter, a double portafilter, a tamper, a cleaning brush, a blind filter, a microfiber cloth, and a cleaning cloth.
