Om M7D Chrome

The M7D is an on-demand coffee grinder from Macap with a digital timer for perfect dosing of freshly ground coffee every time. The M7D has two programs for grinding times, single/double, which are adjusted with high precision using the steplessly adjustable grind size. You can easily reprogram the times. The M7D is easy to clean externally and internally so that the coffee grinder always looks good and the ground coffee always smells and tastes good. The M7D is equipped with an easily accessible power switch for easy on and off.

The M7D has a large bean hopper, with space for 1400 g of espresso beans, which means you can grind coffee for approximately 120 espressos per filled grinder. The coffee grinder's stylish and classic design makes the M7D look great next to a professional espresso machine, as the design and form complement each other.

The inlet for espresso beans on the M7D is adjusted with a flat tray that can be easily pulled to or from the grinder. If you want to remove the bean hopper from the M7D but there are still espresso beans inside, you can push the flat tray in so that it covers the entire opening and then twist the bean hopper upwards. This can be advantageous if you want to clean the grinder or suspect a problem in the grinding mechanism. To clean the M7D, the bean hopper should be removed and a dose of Pulygrind poured into the grinding mechanism. The bean hopper is then replaced. Grind out the Pulygrind crystals along with coffee until no crystals come out of the grinding mechanism; a couple of portions are usually required.

The coffee grinder's grind size can be adjusted steplessly using a knob. If you wish to adjust, turn the knob a little at a time. If the M7D coffee grinder is reasonably well set, only a small change is usually needed. To check when the coffee grinder is correctly set, you can grind coffee for an espresso and then brew it. Experiment until the espresso brews at the right pace and time.

What primarily distinguishes Macap's coffee grinders is their production capacity. The M4D is suitable for a smaller restaurant or a small café. The MXD is suitable for a normal café. The M7D is the grinder that meets all the demands of a café with many guests.
