Giotto Cronometro R

Giotto Cronometro R

The Giotto Cronometro R from Rocket Espresso is an espresso machine designed according to the same principles as professional machines, but in a smaller format. The E61 brew group, with a mass of 4 kg, ensures perfect temperature stability cup after cup.

The heat exchanger system in the Giotto Cronometro R provides brewing, steam, and hot water at the correct temperature simultaneously with an electric element. The temperature in the insulated boiler is electronically controlled (PID), which can be adjusted on a panel hidden behind the drip tray. The brewing water circulates through the brew group and the heat exchanger in the boiler, with the hot water in the boiler serving as the heat source.

Water can be drawn from the built-in 2.5-liter fresh water tank in the Giotto Cronometro R, or it can be connected directly to a water supply. Brewing and filling are powered by a rotary pump, which is the most common pump in professional machines. The brewing pressure can be regulated with a screw on the pump, which is accessible under the machine.

The Giotto Cronometro R features temperature control and new height-adjustable feet. A new design for the steam wand and hot water also comes with it. Visually, the side panels on the new Giotto have received a more three-dimensional design, as the sides are now more diamond-shaped rather than the triangular shape of previous versions.

Unlike the Giotto Evoluzione R and Type V, a Digital Shot Timer is also included. The display shows the seconds while your brewing is underway, allowing you to have full time control over your espresso brewing. The Shot Timer is discreetly placed on the front of the machine to provide a stylish, modern design. Another new feature for the Giotto Cronometro R is the built-in energy-saving mode, which automatically activates when your machine is not in use.

The Giotto Cronometro R is available in the Giotto and Mozzafiato designs. The models are the same inside; the only difference is the appearance. Only the Giotto has split feet, which means you can adjust the height of the machine.

The Giotto Cronometro R comes with a metal sieve, a single handle, a double handle, a tamper, a cleaning brush, a blind filter, a microfiber cloth, and cleaning powder.
