Jura Z10 coffee machine - black aluminum (EA)

The groundbreaking Z10 with P.R.G. for hot beverages and Cold Brew coffee specialties

As a masterpiece of Swiss engineering, the new Z10 doubles the spectrum of coffee specialties. At the touch of a button, it prepares the entire range of hot beverages, from intense espresso to trendy flat white. Moreover, for the first time, it reaches new heights of coffee enjoyment with Cold Brew specialties. This is made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which identifies the selected specialty and instantly adjusts the grind size accordingly.

The new Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.)
To ensure optimal coffee grounds for every specialty, JURA's engineers have developed the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.). The high-performance conical grinder electronically adjusts to the predefined grind size in fractions of a second – much faster and more frequently than would be possible manually. The spectrum ranges from very fine for short classics to very coarse for longer specialties. The connoisseur doesn't have to think about anything, as the setting is fully automatic with every preparation. Thanks to Aroma Selection, the setting can also be individually chosen before each preparation, if desired.

Cold Brew – extremely fresh
Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares genuine Cold Brew specialties. Most classic cold coffee drinks usually consist of hot-brewed and cooled coffee, but in the Z10, extraction occurs with cold water, pulsating, under high pressure, and with slightly coarser ground powder. The result in the cup is a natural, energizing, and refreshing drink where the coffee's fruity aromas are best brought out, without being disturbed by bitter substances. Anything else would just be regular cold coffee.

Brewing unit in generation 8
The brewing unit is the heart of every coffee machine. For the Z10, JURA has designed the eighth generation brewing unit. This unique 3D brewing technology ensures that water passes evenly through the coffee powder across multiple levels. The result is maximum aroma extraction, both in hot specialties and in Cold Brew.

Long-lasting elegance
The design and the purposeful selection of the right materials actively contribute to a product's sustainability. In this way, JURA strives for a design language that evokes pride in the owner and still conveys a fresh and modern impression even after many years. Uncompromising quality, high-quality, long-lasting materials, and the highest precision in manufacturing maximize culinary and aesthetic enjoyment throughout the machine's lifetime. The complex convex-concave aluminum front bears witness to craftsmanship of the highest level. The water tank in elegant wave design and the harmoniously designed filter housing are just two examples of the love for every small detail. Simply touching the Z10 is enough to truly feel what JURA considers high quality.
