The MXA Chrome from Macap is a professional coffee grinder. Automatic refilling keeps the dosing unit of the MXA Chrome filled with ground coffee, meaning there is never any waiting time to get the correct portion. The MXA Chrome's ease of use and stylish design, combined with its ability to grind coffee exceptionally well, makes it perfect for cafes and restaurants. The MXA is easy to clean both externally and internally, ensuring the coffee grinder always looks good and the ground coffee always smells and tastes great. The MXA is equipped with an easily accessible power switch for simple on and off.

The MXA Chrome has a large bean hopper, holding 1400 g of espresso beans, which means you can grind coffee for approximately 120 espressos per filled grinder. The coffee grinder's sleek and classic design makes the MXA Chrome look very good alongside an espresso machine for serving, as the styling and design complement each other.

The flow of espresso beans on the MXA Chrome is adjusted with a flat slider that can be easily pulled towards or away from the grinder. If you want to remove the bean hopper from the MXA Chrome but there are still espresso beans inside, you can push in the flat slider to cover the entire opening and then twist the bean hopper upwards. This can be beneficial if you want to clean the grinder or suspect a problem in the grinding mechanism. To clean the MXA Chrome, the bean hopper should be removed and a dose of Pulygrind should be poured into the grinding mechanism. Then, the bean hopper is placed back in position. Grind out the Pulygrind crystals along with coffee until no crystals come out of the grinding mechanism; a couple of portions are usually required.

The coffee grinder's grind size can be adjusted using a rotating wheel and a latch on the left side. If desired, press down the latch so it springs back. Turn the wheel either clockwise if you want a coarser grind or counter-clockwise if you want a finer grind. If the MXA coffee grinder is reasonably well adjusted, usually only 1-2 steps on the wheel are needed. To check when the coffee grinder is correctly set, you can grind coffee for an espresso and then brew it. Experiment until the espresso brews at an appropriate pace and time.
