When you purchase a new espresso machine or coffee grinder for home use from us, a 3-year warranty and service plan are included. This means that for 3 years, you can bring your machine to us and have it repaired at no extra cost. We want to make it easy for you to enjoy the highest quality coffee. This includes:
Free repairs & maintenance for 3 years
Is your machine having any problems? Bring it in to us and we will fix it quickly and at no extra cost.
Annual replacement of gasket & strainer – free of charge
To ensure your machine performs optimally, we recommend replacing the gasket and screen once a year. During the warranty period, we will replace these for you completely free of charge, so that your machine is always in top condition.

Terms for 3-year warranty & service
- The offer applies to brand new espresso machines and grinders for home use purchased directly from Monteriva
- The service is performed upon drop-off at our store at Alsnögatan 9, Stockholm
- Does not apply to coffee machines from JURA
- For home use
- Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
Professional environment
For purchases of brand-new equipment used in a professional environment, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Used equipment
For used equipment, we provide a 3-month warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Repairs
You receive a 3-month warranty on repairs. Claims must be made within 3 months and the warranty only applies to the defect that was repaired.
