Our business concept is to offer comprehensive coffee solutions to food service establishments, businesses, and private individuals. We also provide service companies with spare parts for various coffee applications. Our primary market is Stockholm and its surrounding areas, Scandinavia through partners, and Europe for online sales. Our business concept is re-evaluated every year.

Environmental Policy
Monteriva Kaffe AB shall strive to minimize its own and its customers' environmental impact as far as is ecologically motivated, technically possible, and economically reasonable.
We do this by:
- Offering environmentally adapted products.
- Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with customers, authorities, and suppliers regarding future environmentally friendly alternatives.
- Choosing and developing environmentally adapted working methods and products as far as possible.
- Increasing our knowledge and commitment to environmental issues that concern us.
- Sorting our waste, choosing environmentally friendly alternatives, and reusing packaging materials with the aim of protecting the environment and preventing pollution as far as possible.
- Identifying, interpreting, and complying with environmental laws and other environmental requirements that concern our operations.
- Maintaining ecological certification.
Our environmental work shall be constantly improved with the help of continuously revised environmental goals and action programs.
This environmental policy shall be reviewed each time a new environmental assessment is conducted.
An important sustainability goal has been achieved
From April 2026, Monteriva's deliveries within Greater Stockholm will be 100% made by electric vehicles! This has long been one of our stated sustainability goals, and we are proud to have now achieved it. During the spring, we invested in a new electric vehicle while phasing out our last hybrid. The result is emission-free deliveries in our local area, a concrete step in our efforts to reduce our climate impact where we can truly make a difference.
Examples of what we do
In line with our sustainability efforts, we actively work to repair machines and extend the lifespan of our products. Thanks to our skilled service technicians and our service workshop, we exceeded all expectations in 2025. A total of 802 machines came in for service and received a new lease on life. Overall, both in our workshop and on-site at cafes, we repaired 1,521 machines during the year. This is a significant contribution to reducing environmental impact and making our customers even more satisfied.

We are ISO 14001 certified, which means that we carry out continuous environmental work. This work is constantly audited with the aim of ensuring that we always do our best and live up to the standards that ISO 14001 requires.
