Giotto Cronometro V

Giotto Cronometro V

The Giotto Cronometro V from Rocket Espresso is an espresso machine designed according to the same principles as professional machines, but in a smaller format. The E61 brew group, with a mass of 4 kg, ensures perfect temperature stability cup after cup.

The heat exchanger system in the Giotto Cronometro V provides brewing, steam, and hot water at the correct temperature simultaneously with an electric element. The temperature in the insulated boiler is electronically controlled (PID), which can be adjusted on a panel hidden behind the drip tray. The brewing water circulates through the brew group and the heat exchanger in the boiler, the heat source for which is the hot water in the boiler.

Water is taken from the built-in 2.5-liter fresh water tank in the Giotto Cronometro V. Brewing and filling are powered by a vibration pump, and the pressure is regulated with a reduction valve for optimal brewing pressure.

The Giotto Cronometro V features temperature control and new feet that are adjustable in height. A new design for the steam wand and hot water is also included. Visually, the side panels on the new Giotto have received a more three-dimensional design, as the sides are now more diamond-shaped rather than the triangular shape of previous versions.

Unlike the Giotto Evoluzione R and Type V, a Digital Shot Timer is also included. This makes it possible to have full time control over your espresso brewing. This second hand is discreetly placed on the front of the machine. Another new feature for the Giotto Cronometro V is the built-in energy-saving mode that automatically regulates when your machine is not in use.

The Giotto Cronometro V is available in the Giotto and Mozzafiato designs. The models are the same inside, the only difference is the appearance. The models are the same inside, the only difference is the appearance. Only the Giotto has split feet, which means that the height of the machine can be adjusted.

Included with the Giotto Cronometro V are a metal sieve, a single handle, a double handle, a tamper, a cleaning brush, a blind filter, a microfiber cloth, and cleaning powder.
