Monteriva Te Cool Mint Organic

Cool mint is a beautiful herbal tea with a fresh taste of citrus and a hint of licorice root. The strong citrus flavor is very good served warm, but also chilled as iced tea.

Try brewing a pot of tea with cool mint, then strain it and chill. Add sweetener to taste and cut a lemon, partly squeezing it and partly using it for decoration. The added acidity marries wonderfully with the tea. Fill with ice and enjoy immediately!

Can't be bothered to strain and chill the tea? Want to make iced tea more quickly? Use an iced tea pitcher from Finum that can be used to brew and serve iced tea! Start by slicing a lemon and possibly some mint if desired. Remove the tea strainer and place the sliced ingredients at the bottom of the pitcher, saving a few lemon slices for garnish. Then add ice cubes until they reach where the bulge of the pitcher ends. Add some form of sweetener to your liking. Then place the tea strainer on top of everything in the pitcher and fill it with a spoon of organic cool mint. Fill the pitcher with hot water and let it steep for a few minutes. Twist the tea strainer to stop the brewing and serve in ice-filled glasses with a lemon slice.
