Mignon Gland Packing

The Mignon bean hopper gasket is a seal located between the bean hopper and the grinder body on Eureka Mignon grinders. It ensures a stable and airtight fit, which helps keep the beans in place and prevents vibrations or leakage around the hopper's attachment point. The gasket is a small but important spare part compatible with various Mignon series models, such as Mignon Silenzio, Specialita, and Perfetto.
