Eureka Mignon Zero 55 – Precision for Single Dosing
The perfect grinder for the home barista who wants the freedom to change beans often without waste. Here you get Eureka's renowned grinding quality in a format optimized for "Single Dosing".

The grinder is equipped with the smart "Blow Up" system – a bellows function that allows you to blow out the last coffee residues from the grinding chamber after each use. This means that you get near-zero retention (waste) and that the next cup is always brewed with 100% fresh coffee, regardless of whether you switch between espresso, filter coffee, or decaf.

The performance is guaranteed by 55 mm flat grinding discs in hardened steel that are driven by a powerful motor. Despite its power, the Mignon Zero is equipped with Eureka's "Silent Technology", which makes it significantly quieter than many competitors. With the stepless micrometric adjustment, you can easily find the exact grind size for just your espresso.
