Labo 70D Matte Mustard

The Labo 70D is a high-performance grinder in a classic Italian design with simple and precise settings. This grinder is perfect for both professional baristas in a cafe setting and discerning home baristas. The grinder runs quietly and dispenses coffee evenly and well into the filter holder.
A standout feature of the grinder is the minimal amount of coffee (0.2 grams) remaining in the grinding chamber after each grind. This allows you, for example, to weigh the beans, put them in the grinder and grind everything, then immediately grind a different type of coffee.
The large knob for manual adjustment of the grind size provides a truly satisfying, vault-like feel. There is also a micrometer adjustment that can be released with a simple hand movement, allowing you to quickly change the grind size to a completely different one using the large knob.
The grinder grinds up to 6 grams per second directly into the filter holder through its 70 mm grinding burrs, and the Labo 70D handles both espresso and filter coffee. With the digital timer function, you can easily set 3 different portion sizes.
